Now on exhibit at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County are a collection of stereoview photographs that were treated and rehoused in the Preservation Lab this past winter.
What are stereoview photographs? Stereoview photograph slides were popular in the late 19th, early 20th century. The slides contain two images that appear three-dimensional when viewed traditionally through a handheld stereo-viewer. Check our our previous blog entry to learn more.
